Overview
ImpaQt Wealth is the modernization of a legacy server-side rendered application into a sleek, user-friendly single-page application (SPA) for investment portfolio management. The redesign focuses on enhancing user experience, streamlining workflows, and incorporating advanced data visualization techniques to help users make informed investment decisions.
The Challenge
Traditional portfolio management apps are often complex and monolithic, making it hard for the user to know what to focus on. Our users needed a more intuitive and customizable experience that streamlined their day-to-day tasks. Additionally, upper levels of management required clear insights into portfolio performance and market trends without being overwhelmed by data.
The Solution
I designed a clean, micro-frontend interface with the aim of maximizing information access and surfacing the most critical drivers for action. Flows were optimized for quick actions, with contextual help and tooltips to educate users. Advanced data visualizations were integrated to make portfolio performance and market trends easily understandable at a glance. Customizable dashboards allow users to prioritize the information most relevant to them and minimize bloat.
